The Florida Association of Health Plans, Inc. (FAHP) is pleased to announce our 2021 Annual Conference and keynote speaker.  The theme this year, CONNECT, is fitting, as we look to gather with our professional peers to reconnect and share insights with one another as the entire health care community continues to be challenged by the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.

The conference, which will take place in sunny Orlando, Fla., from November 14 to November 16, will once again bring together a distinguished group of industry professionals, community partners, elected officials and policymakers, to engage and share insight on innovations to improve health outcomes and overall well-being.

This year’s annual conference will feature important topics that are critical to improving health care for all, especially vulnerable populations. Discussions will address social determinants of health, expanding health care services and delivery to minority populations, and how health plan initiatives and community involvement are making strides to improve health literacy and, ultimately, improve overall health.

We are also honored to introduce our feature keynote speaker for the conference, Dr. Myron L. Rolle. From the football field to the operating room and in serving his community, Dr. Rolle is a true leader in every sense of the word, and we are excited to have him deliver the keynote to our audience this year.

Additionally, we are excited to soon announce more keynotes taking place at this year’s conference that we are confident will have an even greater impact on our discussions. Be on the lookout for those announcements soon!

The conference will also host a number of engaging and informative panels, including a legislative dialogue with notable policymakers, an update on the Florida Insurance Marketplace, and a regulatory briefing from the Agency for Health Care Administration.

We look forward to seeing everyone and reconnecting at the 2021 FAHP Annual Conference.

For the safety of our guests, FAHP and Marriott are committed to enhanced levels of cleanliness and temperature checks and will adhere to CDC and local government indoor group event meeting protocols.
